If you play mostly blues and soul you're going to love this guitar. With tons of richness on the high and low strings both, nice airy, hollow sound on the neck pickup and rich leads on the bridge you have a wide variety to work with.
This guitar is really the only one that can give you that signature late 60s Hendrix-era sound. You can float the bridge or use all 5 springs to lock it down tight.
Pick a nice classic amp to play it through and you probably won't need any effects pedals - or very minimal.
